Congresswoman Escobar Calls on El Pasoans to Assist FBI with Information on January 6 Attack

Today, Congresswoman Veronica Escobar made a public appeal to the El Paso community to assist with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) efforts to identify individuals who unlawfully entered U.S. Capitol Grounds and actively instigated violence in Washington, D.C. on January, 6, 2021.

“On January 6, 2021, El Pasoans and Americans across the country witnessed a deadly attack against our nation that resulted in at least six deaths, more than 50 seriously injured police officers, and 15 hospitalizations,” said Congresswoman Escobar. “To ensure the safety of our community and our country, El Pasoans have the responsibility to assist the FBI in identifying those who aided and abetted this attack.”
